We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a passion for user-centered design. You will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our mobile and web applications, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing.

What you will do

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze data, and understand user behavior and needs.
  • UI Design: Create visually stunning and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Creativity: A strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
  • Experience in motion graphics or illustration is a plus.
